Bank of Astana performed technical works since February 27 till March 5 in order to improve quality of services, rendered to its customers, improvement of safety and provision of uninterrupted operation of bank services. Therefore there were restrictions in usage of internet banking, mobile banking and contact center of Bank of Astana since February 28 to March 4. Management of Bank of Astana makes sincere apology for appeared discomfort and thanks all customers for their understanding of this situation. All holders of payment cards of Bank of Astana will get double cashback from paid amount on their accounts till beginning of the next month as compensation. Customers’ well-being in on the first place in Bank of Astana: whether it launch of new product or introduction of improved technologies. Taking into account discomfort appeared during the last technical works and customer philosophy of Bank of Astana, all holders of payment cards will get double cashback to April 1, 2017! We thank all our customers for patience during these days. Customers were informed about limitations in banking services through different channels, including by means of messages in social networks, since evening February 28. Such discomfort was for the first time during the last two years of dynamic development on market of Kazakhstan.
